Victoria Beckham Nominated for BFC Designer Brand Award

Victoria Beckham was chosen to be nominated in the British Fashion Council award for the category of Designer Brand of the Year. Victoria will be facing some tough competition from noted British labels, Mulberry, Burberry and Pringle.

Victoria Beckham is set to team up with accessories designer Katie Hillier to create her own line of handbags.
Beckham’s rep told the MailOnline: ‘There is a bag line in development and Katie has consulted on the technical aspects of bag construction in line with her experience in the industry.’

Victoria Beckham has convinced David Beckham to design a menswear collection. The soccer star will now officially launch a men’s collection under her VB Denim label—just in time for spring/ summer 2011.
A source told The Daily Star: “Victoria has been trying to persuade him to do it for a while and he’s finally succumbed. She has reassured him that he has an eye for fashion.”
