Julia Restoin Roitfeld (daughter of French Vogue editor-in-chief, Carine) has been named the official new face of Lancôme’s upcoming spring makeup collection, Ultra Lavande. Mario Testino will shoot the campaign for the collection.
Julia Restoin Roitfeld has already posed for Black Orchid perfume by Tom Ford. She has also been the face of the fragrance Jil by Jil Sander.

Freja Beha Erichsen joined actor Nicholas Hoult and the ravens for the Fall Winter 2010 ad campaign photographed none other by Tom Ford itself. Tom Ford liked directing actor Nicholas Hoult in “A Single Man” so much that he recast him again in the role of fashion model.

Fashion media outlets like WWD were all aflutter this morning when the news broke that game changing designer Marc Jacobs will be the only fashion designer to appear in this year’s Time 100 list. But don’ worry—the annual issue, which hits newsstands tomorrow, will be chock full of fashion personalities anyway. Good friend Victoria Beckham had the honor and privilege to interview Jacobs for the feature, which she seemed all to happy to conduct. “He inspires and educates me every time we meet,” Beckham writes. “He changes how we see fashion with each collection he shows, be it his work for Louis Vuitton or his own baby, the Marc Jacobs line, which he started in 1986.”
