Taylor Swift continues to expand her presence in the cosmetics industry, announcing on Monday that she has signed her a deal with Elizabeth Arden to release her first fragrance, as well as ancillary products, which could include a body lotion and shower gel, in Fall 2011.

The women of country music lit up the red carpet at Wednesday night’s CMT Music Awards. The ceremony included appearances by Taylor Swift, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Reba McEntire and a host of other country stars.
Carrie Underwood took home both Performance of the Year and Video of the Year during the 2010 CMT Awards.

Taylor Swift Becomes CoverGirl’s New Face

Taylor Swift will be the brand ambassador for CoverGirl cosmetics upcoming luxury collection.
The mid range cosmetic brand, retailed through drug stores and supermarkets, has in the past been represented by Tyra Banks, Rihanna, Keri Russell, and Drew Barrymore.
The name of the new “easy, breezy, beautiful” luxury collection that Swift will represent hasn’t yet been announced.
