Moschino is collaborating with Kartell on a line of plastic ballet flats

Following the collaboration between Kartell and Moschino for the Mademoiselle chairs designed by Philippe Starck, the two continue with the presentation of their first collection of plastic footwear for the Spring/Summer 2011 season at Pitti W. Design and fashion meet for the range of ballet flat shoes.
Launched at Pitti W this week, the witty & pretty BowWow ballet flat shoes follow in the footsteps of Brazil’s Melissa shoes. Entirely made from 100% recyclable, interwoven plastic technopolymer, they have a trademark Moschino bow perched on the toe.

Alessandra Ambrosio Lands the Fall Moschino Campaign

The Victoria’s Secret model will front the fashion label’s autumn/winter 2010/11 campaign and will appear in a series of images which have been taken by photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
Moschino creative director Rossella Jardini said: “I have chosen Alessandra as model for the Moschino autumn/winter 2010-11 advertising campaign as her Mediterranean style, mixed with her natural way of being chic, fits perfectly with Moschino.”
The Brazilian beauty gave birth to her first child, daughter Anja, in August 2008 and quickly regained her stunning figure.
