12-Foot Hermes Kelly Bag in Ireland

Brown Thomas store on Dublin’s Grafton Street have announced that they are the first store in the world to unveil a super-sized 12ft fantasy Hermes Kelly bag.
The enormous Hermes bag, dubbed the Kellydoscope, was made exclusively from the label’s leather and toile fabric.

Jean Paul Gaultier is the new president of the Jean Paul Gaultier group

Jean Paul Gaultier has been named president of the Jean Paul Gaultier Group. His company said Tuesday that he was replacing Veronique Gautier — who is no relation — who was appointed to the job in December 2008 and who headed Hermes perfumes.
Gaultier owns a 55% stake in the company, with the remaining 45% held by Hermes.

Jean Paul Gaultier leaving Hermes

While Giles Deacon recently stepped up to the challenge of becoming creative director at Emanuel Ungaro, Jean Paul Gaultier has decided to resign from his role at Hermes. He has been at the luxury French fashion house for seven years.
But it’s not all bad news, as Gaultier, who was born in France, is going to focus on his own collections so all the fashion stylists out there will still have plenty of gorgeous dresses to look forward to.
