For the first time ever, the public got to weigh in with the Victoria’s Secret Facebook fans picking the winner of the “Sexiest Up-&-Coming Bombshell” category naming Amber Heard the winner.

That sea green, fitted, RM by the designer Roland Mouret dress Carla Bruni Sarkozy was photographed in at a State Dinner, in Paris, last night? It’s from last season and is called The Lombard, named by the designer in honour of the Hollywood “blonde bombshell”, Carole Lombard.
Carla loved it so much she’s ordered a further three from Mouret.
