By our calculations, New York’s models all remained standing since Agyness Deyn fell twice Friday night in the Haiti Relief show — until Marc by Marc Jacobs walked this afternoon!
Mathilde Frachon, who turns 20 today, took a spill in a white lace dress. As you can see, she was wearing very low heels, so perhaps poor traction is to blame. And to think that just today we were remarking on the remarkable traction on some runways this season.

Proving it can happened to even the most seasoned of models, Agyness Deyn took not one, but two falls during the Fashion for Relief runway show on Friday night. The British model toppled over during Naomi Campbell’s celebrity catwalk show for Haiti. Agy took a tumble, started laughing before getting up only to crash out for a second time, prompting her to kick off her giant Burberry platforms and go barefoot.
“1st show of fashion week! Took a tumble! Got up! Fell again. Should have stayed down the 1st time. Twice! WTF! Ouch my knees!” she tweeted afterwards.
