The Christian Dior Fall 2010 Couture collection was a veritable bouquet of creativity. The show recalled the ‘Tulip line’ designed by Christian Dior in 1953.
The flower show was fantastic. John Galliano transformed his models into walking tulips, tigerlillies and orchids. The colors for the collection were vibrant and captivating, featuring the whole color spectrum from cherry red to pale violet.

Christian Dior Cruise 2011

Dior presented its cruise collection for 2011 in Shanghai. Despite its name, Dior’s cruise collection displayed a striking lack of practical, laid-back clothes that would actually be fit for cruising. Instead, head designer John Galliano presented a range of cocktail dresses and even haute couture creations, a sure indicator of the brand counting on China to buy its most expensive creations.
The showcase coincided with the reopening of Dior’s boutique in the Plaza 66 shopping mall as well as the inauguration of a retrospective.

Amber Lounge Fashion Show Monaco 2010

The Amber Lounge Fashion Show and Auction was held at the Meridien Beach Plaza in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The event is held in support of the Elton John AIDS Foundation and was launched in 2006 by Prince Albert. Guests included Prince Albert’s girlfriend Charlene Wittstock, Elizabeth Hurley, Tatiana Santo Domingo, Margherita Missoni, and more.

Giorgio Armani Fashion show in Dubai

The runway was all fashion of Giorgio Armani with beauty falling all over the crowd. To celebrate the opening of the 160-room Armani Hotel Dubai, the Italian fashion designer took to the runways to show off some gorgeous gowns.
Using less color and more lines, the fashion was breathtaking while simplistic. The show not only had gowns and outfits, the jewelry was also a showing of extraordinary pieces.

International Fantasy Hair Competition

Contestants from across the U.S. competed in Manchester NH on April 22, 2010 for the title of Fantasy Hair Champion. Cash and prizes were awarded to several winners and all proceeds were to benefit the NH Food Bank.
