The fashion designers are an artistic crowd and they always need the true muses. All muses have inspired fashion masters to compose their truly brilliant collections, and after muses have gone we still remember their silhouettes.

Each Diva either gave a birth to or keeps giving birth to newly whimsical styles and fashion silhouettes. Yet now the range of TOP brands increased rapidly, and muses, also being artistic people, change their designers even more often than clothes.

Audrey Hepburn – Hubert de Givenchy

They were friends more than 40 years. She was wearing his styles both in real life and on the screen. Do you remember “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”? Her long black gown? We still call Audrey iconic thanks to the great master. By the way, “the Breakfast” was not the only movie where Audrey shined in Givenchy’s apparels. “Funny face” and “Sabrina” were also full of Givenchy’s dresses.

Sofia Coppola – Marc Jacobs

She is the Oscar winner; he is one of the most successful fashion industry individuals. His brand chose Sofia for the ads of his first perfumes. She is considered to inspire Marc to launch his extra popular collections and odors. They seldom get in touch now because they live in different cities, but still she is his muse and we consider her and only her as the woman of his dreams.

Sienna Miller – Mattew Williamson

It is a story how a mean gal and sunny designer finally met. Now we know her as the Queen of the perfect style on the Red Carpet. We recollect even boho styled apparels worn by Sienna and all those were launched by Williamson.

Agness Deyn – Henry Holland

This mad couple is hand and glove. She inspired Henry to create the very bizarre, crazy, and full of madness styles and silhouettes. Thus, the friendship of once childhood friends (Laura-Agness and Henry) started ruling the world of London teenage fashion.

Natalie Portman – John Galliano

She featured for the ads by Christian Dior when Galliano was one of the leading designers there. They say she was even the muse for his collections of “vintage lace wedding dresses”. It was not a secret John drew his inspiration both from Natalie and vintage and even called her his best muse publically, but after scandal in Paris they do not get in touch anymore.

Renee Zelwegger – Carolina Herrera

If you look through the all last Red Carpets of the Celeb you may be surprised by discovering how many types of gowns by Herrera Renee did wear. The Hollywood classic style from Jacqueline Kennedy to Renee is about Carolina’s style. The fashion designer claims she had only two muses: Renee and Jacqueline.

Scarlett Johansson + Monica Belucci + Dolce and Gabbana

We used to see Scarlett on FTV wearing D&G evening gowns. She used to attend any runway shows of the fabulous fashion couple. She also featured for their new line and inspired many styles including those launched last year.

But wait! Here is another lady to go. Last fall Monica Belucci featured for perfume ads by Dolce and Gabbana. They made friends with Monica more than 10 years ago and now most of the family parties cannot do without their presence.

Tilda Swinton – Viktor and Rolf

This couple dedicated the whole collection to Tilda in 2003. Her unique appearance made them compose not less unique collections. 15 gals appeared in runway show looking like Tilda: porcelain pale skin and flame-red hairs. Yet Tilda used to say she wears only what she likes, and not all the sets launched by brand designers. Nonetheless, her appearance and her personality remain the muse for the fabulous Dutch duet.

January Kristen Jones – Donatella Versace

The blonde gal January Kristen Jones shined in different evening gowns by Versace. Sometimes, the gal can be seen in company of Versace during crème-de-la-crème parties. And in 2011 she finally featured for Versace’s accessories ads.

Rumer Willis – Badgley Mischka

The face of Spring-Summer 2011 by Badgley Mischka is more known as the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. The fashion designer claimed this gal is the spirit of spring herself. Thus, she became a perfect muse for his spring collection. Although, the Olsens, Sharon Stone and Eva Longoria can be also called his muses. Hence, nobody knows who will be next.

Lady Gaga – Nicola Formichetti

We know GaGa as GaGa thanks to Formichetti. She inspired him to create futuristic, sometimes too bizarre, silhouettes but these clothes made Stefani Germinotta into true Lady GaGa. He said he fell in love with lady GaGa at first sight!

The designers will never help but make us surprise. And the more surprises they bring the more we follow their trends, and muses will always play the leading part in their “matinee”.
