Nicole Richie is Suing Los Angeles Boutique Kitson

Nicole Richie‘s clothing line Winter Kate is suing L.A. hot shop Kitson. The company that owns Richie’s Winter Kate label, Majestic Mills, filed legal documents in a California court Tuesday claiming that Kitson got $230,000 of duds, but has yet to pay, according to TooFab.com.

Majestic alleges Kitson promised to remit payment within 30 days of receiving an invoice they signed a deal earlier this year, but months have gone by and still Kitson hasn’t fulfilled their end of the bargain. The company now wants the posh boutique to hand over the payment for each of the clothes plus interests.
