Halle Berry To Cover Vogue’s September Issue?
According to Fashionista.com, Halle Berry will grace the cover of American Vogue’s most critical issue of the year–the September issue. If rumors are true, this will be Halle’s second Vogue cover (December 2002 was her first).
The issue is the most important of the year as it showcases the autumn/winter trends and brings in the maximum revenue for Vogue with most pages of advertising . The fashion magazine’s decision to put the 43-year-old actress on the cover has been hailed as a landmark.
If Berry does appear on the front of the September issue, she will be the first African-American woman to land the issue’s cover since Naomi Campbell in 1989.
