Aniston’s Friends shag most requested hairstyle of all time
THE Rachel cut is the most popular hairstyle in British history. More than 10.6million women copied the style from the Friends character played by sexy Jennifer Aniston, 41.
Meg Ryan, 48, made the choppy cropped bob, seen originally in 2003, the second most popular style. In third place was the sleek brunette bob of X Factor judge Dannii Minogue, 38, and the curls worn by her celeb panel pal, singer Cheryl Cole, 26, came next.
Rose-Marie Jarvis, marketing manager for goodyhair.co.uk, which commissioned the study of 3,000 women, said: “It’s no secret that many women take inspiration from celebrities when it comes to their appearance.”
